Launch of Spring Garden Corporate Advisors, Inc. follows successful history of financing, acquiring and building leading wholesale garden product companies

Spring Garden Corporate Advisors, the investment and advisory firm for the garden products industry, today announced the formal launch of Spring Garden Corporate Advisors, Inc. in Wellesley, MA. Spring Garden is built upon Jack Hesse’s 30 years experience in the U.S. and Europe in financing, acquiring, building and operating leading garden product companies such as International Garden Products (conglomerate of garden product companies, American Garden Products and Atlantic Greenhouses.
Spring Garden is led by John (Jack) Hesse , President, and was formed to meet the equity financing needs of leading operating companies in certain sectors of the garden products industry, and to serve as strategic advisers to special companies in the industry seeking to improve their competitive positions. Spring Garden’s ultimate objective is to maximize shareholder value for the companies in those industry sectors with the most attractive investment potential.
Spring Garden established a proprietary "Garden Industry Institutional Investment Program" through its long-standing relationships with private equity investing institutions. The program’s main objective is to acquire leading grower/marketers of woody ornamental plants in the horticulture industry and other leading garden product companies in the largest and fastest growing sectors of the industry.
