Our Philosophy
Most sectors in this industry have historically attracted only a limited amount of institutional equity relative to their size, limiting the funds needed to support growth or create liquidity for shareholders.
We believe this resulted from a lack of understanding of the breadth and depth of opportunities in the field, which can readily be seen in:
- Favorable population demographics;
- The values added to real estate from landscaping and gardens;
- The high level of fragmentation in certain of its sectors; and
- Gardening’s evolution into becoming America’s #1 recreational activity.
Spring Garden believes that its new institutional investment program marks the beginning of an era in which most successful garden products companies will be able to access equity and other institutional financing.
