Our MissionSpring Garden Corporate Advisors was formed in 2002 by John R. Hesse (Jack), founder of International Garden Products and American Garden Products, for two reasons:
To meet the equity financing needs of leading operating companies in certain sectors of the garden products industry, and
To serve as strategic advisers to other companies in the garden products field seeking to improve their competitive positions.
Our objective is to maximize shareholder value for the companies in those industry sectors with the most attractive investment potential. These include ornamental plants, garden accessories, and certain service activities. Generally, they are in sectors that are fragmented and individually offer greater growth potential.
